Mark has lived in the Charlotte area since early childhood while wife Judy is a native Charlottean. Mark and Judy have two adult children who are married; Jen and her husband Chris live in Morganton NC and are proud parents of grandson Gideon. Jen is currently finishing up studies for her Masters with a desire to obtain her Ph.D. in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Mamie and her husband Jon live in San Antonio TX – Dr. Mamie is Trauma/General Surgeon serving as a Major in the United States Air Force and are proud parents of grandson Jameson. Mark is active in his church and community. He is the co-founder of and serves with the Auto Repair Ministry for Single Moms. Mark is a volunteer Chaplain with Motor Racing Outreach serving the NASCAR community. Mark has also served on several on community boards in various capacities. Mark’s background is in Information Technology specifically providing networks and document imaging systems for small to medium-sized businesses and academia throughout North and South Carolina. Mark began his career in Real Estate in 2008 at a local commercial/residential firm. His focus is on land, multi-family, and income-producing properties. Mark enjoys spending time with his family and relaxes with an occasional game of golf or watching auto racing but especially enjoys time with grandsons.

Margie Kiss, a NC/SC Broker since 2005, has 15 years in the real estate industry. Of her years in real estate 7 of them have been specializing in commercial real estate. As member of the CRE Charlotte Inc team, Margie is the Vice President of the Office and Retail division. In her role she leads a team of Commercial REALTORS® and is responsible for the launch of The Office Strategy along with Architect, David Dial. The Office Strategy provides a “Go or No Go” solution to clients based on an analysis of the company workflow environment. The collaboration of Brokers, Architects, Designers, Developers and General Contractors allows the client to make a solid decision based on financial analysis. The Office Strategy provides a road map to the decision.
Prior to real estate Margie worked as the Customer Operations Manager of a large area rug manufacturer in South Carolina. Operations experience combined with a background in interior design and construction management, Margie has developed the knowledge and skills to successfully accomplish large projects commanding attention to details and efficiency.
Outside of real estate Margie enjoys spending time with her two children and being an active participant in the local Charlotte running scene. As a former Cross Country and Track Coach, she loves helping young athletes reach their running potential. She continues to pursue her own personal running goals.

Paul (PJ) is a graduate from Western Carolina University. He has a double major in Marketing and Management, with a focus in Social Media Marketing and Strategic Management. He obtained his real estate license shortly after graduation. PJ intends to leverage his degrees, market research skills, and analytical skills to provide excellent customer service to his clients.
Outside of real estate PJ enjoys various outdoor activities like mountain biking, fly fishing, hiking, and snowboarding.
