Mark founded and operated his own technology business for over twenty years focusing on small to medium sized businesses and academia supplying computer networks and document imaging solutions. Following a longtime desire, he moved to the real estate industry in 2007. His specialty is distressed properties having developed significant relationships within the Real Estate Owned – REO/CREO industry.

Mark is married to his wife Judy for over 30 years – they have two adult children and are proud new grandparents! Mark is active in his community having served on various local boards. Mark and Judy attend Next Level Church and are active in several ministries there with a special emphasis on the Auto Repair Ministry for Single Moms and families in distress.

Margie Kiss, a NC/SC Broker since 2006, has over 20 years of combined customer relations in residential/commercial design and building along with real estate sales. The move to Charlotte presented an exciting new opportunities to dive into the world of real estate. Growing up on the west coast of South Florida, Margie moved to the Carolinas in 1998 after accepting a Customer Operations Management position. Margie’s career has always been focused on customer relations and striving to achieve the best for her clients.

As a part of CRE Charlotte Inc./KW Commercial, Margie enjoys helping her clients discover their perfect commercial property to suit their business needs and goals. She believes in staying informed on the latest state of the market, and newest trends. Preparing and educating her clients on the process and what to expect is something Margie takes pride in. As a Commercial RE Broker, Margie handles every client as a priority and takes a personal interest in their success.

In addition to sales, Margie is the Managing Director of CRE Charlotte Inc. In this role she is honored to help build successful CRE teams through out the country and provide leadership support to all members of the CRE family.

Outside of real estate Margie enjoys spending time with her two children and being an active participant in the local Charlotte running scene. As a former Cross Country and Track Coach, she loves helping young athletes reach their running potential.






Jason Ewing

After working over a decade in retail operations management, Jason shifted his career focus in 2007 to real estate. He is regarded as an experienced leader in relationship building, analytical problem solving, and performance management. Jason specializes in the acquisition, sale, and lease of office/retail facilities, multi-family properties (>8 units), and vacant land development. His diverse viewpoints make him a strong partner and collaborator in seeking different perspectives and ideas to help achieve strategic goals.

Jason is also passionate about being active within the community in which he works and lives. He currently serves on a number of boards and commissions, including the High Point Economic Development Corp., Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART), and High Point City Council.

Derek Elbertse

Derek brings with him 7 years of experience in automotive wheel manufacturing and distribution as a Regional Sales Manager and Private Label Manufacturing liaison which gives him an intimate knowledge of industrial/warehouse properties. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and win/win outcomes are amongst his top priorities. He takes great pride in learning his clients’ needs and wants to ensure he can better fill their commercial property requirements. He recently relocated from Southern California and is quickly becoming educated on local market trends. Apart from Real Estate, Derek enjoys time out on the lake, getting outdoors, and exploring the Carolina coast-line. 


Paul Coyne

Paul (PJ) is a graduate from Western Carolina University. He has a double major in Marketing and Management, with a focus in Social Media Marketing and Strategic Management. He obtained his real estate license shortly after graduation. PJ intends to leverage his degrees, market research skills, and analytical skills to provide excellent customer service to his clients.

Outside of real estate PJ enjoys various outdoor activities like mountain biking, fly fishing, hiking, and snowboarding.
