Principal, Broker NC/SC REALTOR®
Mark founded and operated his own technology business for over twenty years focusing on small to medium sized businesses and academia supplying computer networks and document imaging solutions. Following a longtime desire, he moved to the real estate industry in 2007. His specialty is distressed properties having developed significant relationships within the Real Estate Owned – REO/CREO industry.
Mark is married to his wife Judy for over 30 years – they have two adult children and are proud new grandparents! Mark is active in his community having served on various local boards. Mark and Judy attend Next Level Church and are active in several ministries there with a special emphasis on the Auto Repair Ministry for Single Moms and families in distress.
Managing Director of Operations
Margie Kiss, a NC/SC Broker since 2006, has over 20 years of combined customer relations in residential/commercial design and building along with real estate sales. The move to Charlotte presented an exciting new opportunities to dive into the world of real estate. Growing up on the west coast of South Florida, Margie moved to the Carolinas in 1998 after accepting a Customer Operations Management position. Margie’s career has always been focused on customer relations and striving to achieve the best for her clients.
As a part of CRE Charlotte Inc./KW Commercial, Margie enjoys helping her clients discover their perfect commercial property to suit their business needs and goals. She believes in staying informed on the latest state of the market, and newest trends. Preparing and educating her clients on the process and what to expect is something Margie takes pride in. As a Commercial RE Broker, Margie handles every client as a priority and takes a personal interest in their success.
In addition to sales, Margie is the Managing Director of CRE Charlotte Inc. In this role she is honored to help build successful CRE teams through out the country and provide leadership support to all members of the CRE family.
Outside of real estate Margie enjoys spending time with her two children and being an active participant in the local Charlotte running scene. As a former Cross Country and Track Coach, she loves helping young athletes reach their running potential.
Lynn Shanklin Caldwell is a Charlotte-area native who spent seven years in Seattle during her nine-year stint at Microsoft. She later partnered with a South End developer in Charlotte to introduce the year-round Atherton Market in 2010, which is both a farmers market and incubator for small food and artisan businesses. Lynn still serves as head of the steering committee for the market.
In 2014, Lynn developed a plan to establish the Charlotte Food Innovation District as a platform to encourage the development of food businesses to address food aggregation and distribution; a culinary incubator to accelerate food businesses; and education around urban farming.
In 2015 Lynn formed Suede Onion to become the catalyst for those businesses as a consultant, while also helping other food-related businesses grow and develop. She acquired a real estate license in 2017 to expand her ability to help those businesses.
Lynn’s years of experience include management skills, Human Resources, marketing, research, event planning, fund raising, creative writing, social media, community development and networking. Lynn’s degree work was done at Georgia Tech in computer science, and UNCC in English Literature.
In the community, Lynn also serves on several boards and committees, including Playing for Others, the CharMeck Food Policy Council Panel of Experts, and the Piedmont Culinary Guild, with a particular focus on the arts, providing resources to underserved communities, food, and animal welfare.
Janos brings a 17 year career in the automotive/aerospace industry, including working for GE Aviation contributing to the design of the F/A-18 Super Hornet turbine engines; and Raytheon Missile Defense Systems supporting the launch of THAAD and Patriot Platforms. He brings extensive familiarity with industrial/warehousing facilities, plus 4 years working for a commercial HVAC firm Lev Zetlin and builder Tishman Construction in such projects as the Disney Theater Renovation and the 4 Times Square Tower/NASDAQ-CondeNast.
Janos also brings some experience in retail leasing/site selection from owning/operating his own retail business in Charlotte.
Janos is married to his wife Jennifer, whom he met in college and together they have two school-age children. They are heavily involved and support the very successful Cuthbertson High School Cross Country and Track & Field Teams of which their daughter participates. The girls team reaching the state runner up in cross country, state champs in indoor track, and state runner up in outdoor track in 2017!
